About Us

We are a growing digital advertising agency that helps content creators and online brands turn paid social advertising into measurable revenue. We run and optimize ad campaigns for our clients, connect ad performance to real earnings data, and use those insights to scale what works. We are a small, fast-moving team where your work is visible, your ideas are heard, and there is real room to grow as the agency grows.

About the Role

We are looking for an Ad Operations Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our client campaigns. You will own the day-to-day workflow that keeps client accounts running smoothly, from pulling earnings reports and analyzing ad performance to building new ads and keeping clients informed and on track toward their goals. You will collaborate closely with the team to bring campaigns to life and uphold a high standard of operational excellence.

We provide on-the-job training on everything, including our tools, our reporting workflow, and how we analyze and optimize ads. What we need from you is at least 2 years of experience in a similar or relevant role, strong attention to detail, and the ability to own a process end-to-end.

  • Upload and organize creatives across campaigns and channels

Platform Operations and Support

  • Assist the team lead with campaign updates, budget changes, and optimizations
  • Monitor campaigns for performance and pacing
  • Track each client's goals and progress, and flag issues to leadership early when something is off
  • Test and implement new campaign types and platform features
  • Help ensure consistency and accuracy across all clients
  • Collaborate with clients on their inquiries

Reporting and Data Support

  • Learn to use our analytics platform to compile performance data across channels for reporting
  • Assist in building the agency's performance tracking dashboard
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
  • Support analysis by identifying discrepancies and anomalies

Process and Workflow Improvement

  • Help streamline trafficking and QA processes across channels
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through tools, automation, and better workflows
  • Support documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Contribute to building scalable operations as the team grows

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar or relevant role, such as ad operations, digital marketing, account coordination, e-commerce, or analytics support
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication, including direct interaction with clients
  • Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage recurring workflows across multiple client accounts
  • Comfort learning new software tools quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with an interest in digital media, marketing technology, and campaign execution
