The Digital Content Specialist brings the organization's story to life through visual, digital, and social content. This roleis responsible forcreating, publishing, andoptimizingcontent across digital channels to drive engagement, awareness, and action.

This position turns strategy and stories into scroll-stopping, click-worthy content that connects audiences to the mission.

Essential Functions

Content Creation

  • Create digital assets including graphics,videos, photos, and campaign visuals
  • Design and format email templates, landing pages, and digital appeals
  • Maintain a consistent visual brand across all platforms

Social Media & Digital Channels

  • Manage and post content across social media platforms
  • Write captions and adapt messaging for digital audiences
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages as appropriate
  • Identifytrends and opportunities for growth

Website & Digital Platforms

  • Update andmaintainwebsite pages, landing pages, and forms
  • Ensure content is current,accurate, and optimized
  • Support SEO and user experience

Email & Campaign Support

  • Build and deploy emails through email marketing platforms
  • Segment lists and schedulesends
  • Support digital fundraising and engagement campaigns

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track digital performance including email, website, and social metrics

Qualifications
