The opportunity: 
We are seeking talented and energetic candidates to join our Advisory, Management Consulting team as Full-time permanentConsultants working in our Montreal office starting in September 2027. Positions are available in the following service lines: 

  • Customer Experience & Operations 
  • Banking, Capital Markets, and Payments (BCM) 
  • IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture 

Customer 

The KPMG Customer Team creates best-in-class digitally enabled customer experiences (CX) as part of our clients’ wider organizational strategy. We operate across seven key service domains: CX design, growth strategy, digital advisory, e-commerce advisory, innovation, and contact center advisory. Our projects are about understanding strategy, technology, design, and processes through the lens of digital experiences. We would love to hear from individuals with experience or interest in helping clients reshape their business around their customers and enabling truly connected and profitable enterprise. 

Operations 

The Operations team at KPMG supports clients in the Financial Services sector (Banking, Wealth & Asset Management, Insurance, Private Equity, Pensions), the Public Sector and the Technology, Media and Telecommunication sectors through a range of services: strategic planning, Target Operating Model (TOM) design, process improvement/redesign, cost optimization, value realization, and accounting/regulatory change programs. We are looking for individuals that bring experience or interest in working on transformation and projects from planning to execution. We want to hear from individuals that want to develop a broad skillset that will allow them to perform current situation assessments, as well as visioning/target state design, develop roadmaps and support implementations.

Banking Capital Markets (BCM) 

KPMG’s Banking and Capital Markets (BCM) Practice enables our clients in the banking, capital markets and payments industries to uncover and capitalize on new opportunities. We support a wide range of banks, credit unions, fintechs, payment providers, and other financial services organizations in their pursuit of achieving strategic objectives. BCM is a collaborative team of highly seasoned specialists from diverse fields such as banking, capital markets, payments, banking technology, and finance transformation.
