Role: Digital Analytics Engineer
Location: ONSITE- Minneapolis/ Dallas/ Charlotte/ Atlanta
Job Descriptions:
"• Build and maintain client-side event instrumentation (JavaScript) for web and mobile applications
• Configure Quantum Metric events, and privacy/PII data-protection rules (masking, encryption, blocklisting).
• Support the controlled production release process - validation, promotion, and post-deploy monitoring
• Support real-time and integrated use cases such as in-session intervention and cross-channel data enrichment
• Coordinate in real time with onshore DevOps, Data Engineering, and business partners during U.S. business hours
• Participate in incident and on-call response, troubleshooting issues across environments
• Support vulnerability remediation and maintain accurate technical documentation"
"Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of software development experience across web or backend technologies.
• Preferred Skills: Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; SQL; hands-on experience with digital analytics / instrumentation tools (Quantum Metric, FullStory, Contentsquare, or similar); experience in a regulated or financial-services environment; solid understanding of Agile/Scrum"
