POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for the precise execution of digital advertising campaigns, this role uses ad management software to schedule and launch campaigns according to strict timelines. They follow detailed implementation procedures to ensure all targeting details and creative elements are correctly applied. Their work is foundational to the fulfillment process, requiring a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Note: Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion.

  • This position is a hybrid role that requires the employee to sometimes work at our Salt Lake City site. Specific hybrid schedules will be determined based on business needs and evaluated by managers and senior management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Independently communicate, schedule and launch digital advertising campaigns in timely and accurate manner using ad management software and workflows
  • Learn and follow the specific procedures for campaign implementation using ad management systems
  • Provide forecasting proactively and as requested to AE's and stakeholders
  • Correctly implement technical creative and campaign targeting details
  • Carefully review creative submissions (jpg, gif, HTML5, JavaScript) and ensure that they adhere to technical specifications and ad policy
  • Provide technical guidance to clients and vendors as needed without direction
  • Implement marketplace products listings feeds for new clients and adjust existing client setups as requested using internally developed tools
  • Troubleshoot marketplace product features and listings issues with sales and clients
  • Autonomously manage projects as assigned
  • Create custom tracking pixels for client implementation
  • Generate client dashboards as needed
  • Become a subject matter expert on assigned product platform, and work autonomously and independently to provide product improvement recommendations.
  • Attend stakeholder meetings as needed for training and product updates.
  • Manage advertising verifications (Screenshots, sales rep communication, calendar updates)
  • Independently manage and be responsible for capturing business and system processes, design and improve future processes and present recommendations
  • Independently manage error resolutions for positive outcomes for all stakeholders
  • Independently manage off hour's emergency resolutions
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:

  • Qualifications:
  • Experience managing campaigns using any of the following is preferred: Google Ad Manager, Campaign Manager 360, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or other programmatic DSP's
  • Experience entering data into software programs and performing tasks which require accuracy, efficiency, and technical skill
  • Excellent client relationship & interpersonal skills
  • College or university degree with a focus in Marketing, Business Administration, or Sciences is preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency with Excel, Office, and/or CRM tool
  • Familiar with computer coding language, specifically HTML, JavaScript
  • Quick learner, analytical thinker and able to rapidly acquire and apply technical
  • Skills:
  • Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while following standard procedures
  • Should be able to learn web based tools quickly and completely
  • Familiar with advertising and digital media
  • Must be a team player and able to collaborate well with others.

Physical Demands

  • Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
  • Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
  • Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Lift, move, and carry up to 20 pounds on occasion.

Compensation

$53,000 - $63,000. Salary rate to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal equity and alignment with market data.
