Jensen Infrastructure is transforming how customers discover, research, and purchase infrastructure products through a new digital commerce platform. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and help make Jensen the easiest partner for engineers, specifiers, and contractors to do business with online.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you'll own inbound demand, digital engagement, and performance across our marketing channels. You'll work closely with our Digital Commerce and Technology teams to drive qualified traffic, improve conversion, and support platform adoption.
Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer
A highlight of your day-to-day will include:
• Owning paid media strategy and execution across search, LinkedIn, and industry channels
• Building and managing lifecycle marketing programs from first touch through conversion
• Driving inbound discoverability across search and emerging AI-driven platforms
• Creating and scaling content using AI tools in partnership with product teams
• Tracking performance through dashboards tied to engagement, conversion, and revenue
• Continuously optimizing campaigns, landing pages, and audience targeting
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience managing paid media with a focus on ROI and performance
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and customer engagement platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret performance metrics
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, campaign execution, and analysis
• Self-starter who thrives in a high-autonomy, fast-moving environment
Additional skills and experience that are highly valued:
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors
• B2B eCommerce or digital commerce experience
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
• Understanding of how engineers and specifiers research products
ALL ABOUT JENSEN INFRASTRUCTURE
Like you, our founder, Don Jensen was looking for a way to support his family, so he started his company in 1968. Since its founding, we've supported communities across Nevada, California, Arizona, Washington, Missouri and Hawaii.
Jensen likely impacts your daily life. We build culverts to drain water from your neighborhoods, underground utility boxes to hold cables, and manholes to allow workers access to the sewers deep below the roads we drive on. And that's just a small sample of what we do at Jensen daily.
When you work at one of Jensen's many locations, you will enjoy the close relationships and camaraderie of a small company while being part of a larger, well-established, growing company.
We are committed to ensuring employment practices that promote equal opportunities. Please let us know if you require any reasonable accommodation during your interview.
We consider the wide variety of factors in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Jensen Infrastructure offers various competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, PTO, and 401k with a Company match. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Jensen's annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. Incentive awards will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.
