Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing digital acquisition marketing channels, leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of customer acquisition campaigns. This role oversees end-to-end campaign management with a strong focus on driving growth through digital channels and partner marketing opportunities.
The individual will develop and execute marketing initiatives across key digital platforms, evaluate campaign performance, and transform insights into recommendations that improve future acquisition strategies. This role also provides leadership in product marketing and customer experience while operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Success in this role requires building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to develop marketing strategies, optimize channel engagement, and achieve business growth objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital acquisition marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on schedule, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop testing strategies, campaign schedules, and quality assurance processes to ensure successful execution.
  • Identify potential risks or issues early and recommend solutions to maintain campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute initiatives that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Use data and analytics to make informed recommendations and optimize marketing performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, reporting, and expense tracking.
  • Support invoice processing and vendor coordination to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Coordinate legal, compliance, and creative reviews required for marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall customer experience.
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with applicable policies, regulations, and organizational standards.

Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in digital marketing, acquisition marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience within financial services or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn new marketing platforms and technologies.
  • Experience managing external partners, vendors, or strategic business relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%) as needed.

Additional Information

The starting pay range for this role is $35/ph- $45/ph. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
