EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - SALES & MARKETING
Supporting the Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Department: Sales & Marketing

ROLE OVERVIEW
Digger Specialties, Inc. (DSI) is seeking an experienced, highly organized professional to serve as a trusted partner to our Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
This role is far more than traditional administrative support. It is a unique opportunity to become a central point of coordination within a dynamic sales department, helping facilitate communication, organize key initiatives, and support executive priorities that impact customers, sales teams, and the business as a whole.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Working closely with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you will help coordinate and facilitate activities including:
• Executive correspondence and communications
• Travel arrangements and itinerary planning
• Coordination with Territory Managers, Directors of Sales, and Independent Manufacturer Representatives
• Customer communications and notices
• Sales meeting and event coordination
• Monthly reporting and executive support activities
• Plant tour scheduling and logistics
• Promotional and apparel program coordination
• Documentation routing and customer setup support
• Information maintenance and organizational support
You will also assist with important annual initiatives including dealer awards, sales meetings, budgeting support, forecasting activities, rebate programs, and executive planning efforts.
