Dietetic Manager Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Sodexo is seeking a full-time Dietetic Technician to join the clinical nutrition team at The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). This position will support a growing facility and work alongside an excellent clinical nutrition team.

Responsible for day-to-day nutrition care, screenings, assessments, and patient education. May assist dietitian in obtaining Healthcare foodservice or clinical nutrition, experience preferred. NDTR credential required or eligibility to obtain credential.

You'll play a vital part in supporting clinical nutrition services, collaborating closely with Registered Dietitians and foodservice teams to deliver high-quality care that aligns with client needs and regulatory standards.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $22.44 per hour - $29.03 per hour

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Associate’s degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice in a Dietetic Technician Program as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND), Bachelor’s degree with completion of required coursework in a Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) as dictated by ACEND, or required coursework and supervised practice in a Certified Dietary Manager Program as dictated by the Certifying Board for Dietary Managers (CBDM)
• Credentials Requirement: o Meets eligibility requirements for Nutrition & Dietetics Technician, Registered (DTR/NDTR) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) by the Certifying Board for Dietary Managers (CBDM) o Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
