Daily Work Times: 3p-11:30p
Shift: Afternoon
Scheduled Bi-Weekly Hours: 72

Position Summary:
Provides health care for residents under the direction of a nurse. Assists patients under their care with day-to-day tasks, playing a vital support role.
Responsibilities:
  1. Answers resident calls and determines how best to help them. Provides physical support for residents with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, getting out of bed, using the toilet, walking, standing or exercising.
  2. Turns and repositions bedridden patients.
  3. Ensures residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences. Provides encouragement and support with eating.
  4. Delivers compassionate support, attention, and assistance to residents and families.
  5. Performs other related duties as required and directed.
