Lube Tech - WA

  • Location: Pacific, WA (Supporting Western Washington Territory from Aberdeen to Ferndale.)
  • Pay: $28.00 - $31.00/hr. 
  • Union: Teamsters 
  • Schedule:   Monday-Friday; weekend work is required & overtime as needed.  
  • Shift: Swing Shift | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (some flexibility; hours may vary)

Day in the Life

Start your shift by heading out in a company-provided service truck to support our fleet. You'll travel between job sites performing preventative maintenance and light repairs on gas and diesel trucks and trailers, working outdoors and alongside the shop team to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and light repairs on gas and diesel trucks and trailers
  • Travel to and service multiple outdoor job sites
  • Maintain a safe, organized work environment
  • Communicate clearly with the shop manager and mechanics
  • Use basic preventative maintenance tools (required)
  • Assist with other shop or fleet needs as assigned

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform DOT annual and brake inspections in accordance with DOT regulations
  • Clean MVR required
  • Physically capable of lifting, bending, reaching, and working outdoors
  • Mechanical aptitude preferred
  • Automotive troubleshooting or welding experience is a plus
  • Motivated, organized, and self-directed with growth potential
