Diesel Mechanic

Wichita, KS

$30-$40+ Per Hour | No Weekends | No Evenings

Are you an experienced Diesel Mechanic looking for a better schedule, a clean shop, and steady work?

We're hiring a Diesel Technician in Wichita, KS to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on medium and heavy-duty trucks. If you have strong troubleshooting skills and experience working on diesel engines, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, driveline components, and truck diagnostics, we want to talk with you.

Pay & Schedule

  • $30-$40+ per hour depending on experience
  • Monday-Friday
  • No weekends. No evenings
  • Full-time, year-round work
  • Overtime available as needed

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and repair medium and heavy-duty trucks
  • Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
  • Troubleshoot electrical, engine, brake, suspension, HVAC, and driveline systems
  • Complete repairs on Class 6, 7, and 8 trucks
  • Use diagnostic software and scan tools to identify and resolve issues
  • Work safely and efficiently to keep customers on the road

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of diesel mechanic or heavy truck repair experience
  • Experience with truck diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with diagnostic software and repair systems
  • Own tools and toolbox
  • Valid driver's license
  • CDL is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
