We’re currently hiring a Diesel Mechanic to join our growing team! We’re looking for an experienced candidate with a solid background in engine diagnostics and repair. Ford certification is a plus. This role involves completing repairs based on work orders and identifying additional issues during inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately as outlined in repair orders

  • Use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to troubleshoot and test systems and components

  • Inspect and repair systems such as engines, transmissions, drivetrains, suspension, steering, brakes, HVAC, and electrical

  • Coordinate with service advisors to communicate findings and recommend additional services when necessary

  • Complete all warranty and manufacturer-required repairs according to established guidelines


Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands-on mechanic experience

  • Previous experience working at a Ford dealership is a strong advantage

  • Skilled in using diagnostic software and tools

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
