We are currently hiring Die Cast Operators for a busy manufacturing facility in Auburn, IN. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on production work and are looking for a long-term position with a growing company. As a Die Cast Operator, you will operate production equipment, inspect parts for quality, and ensure products meet established specifications.

Die Cast Operator Details:

  • Temporary position
  • $19.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)
  • Operate die casting and related production equipment
  • Load and unload materials and finished parts
  • Monitor machines during the production process Perform visual inspections and quality checks
  • Remove excess material or flash from cast parts as needed
  • Follow production, safety, and quality procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Complete required production paperwork and documentation Work effectively as part of a team
  • Meet production and attendance expectations

Die Cast Operator Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Die casting experience is a plus, but training may be available for the right candidate
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift and handle production materials as required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Willingness to work the assigned shift and overtime when needed
