Die Cast Operator Details:

  • Temporary position
  • $19.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Third Shift (Monday through Friday from 11:00pm to 07:00am)

Die Cast Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is crucial for maintaining production flow and monitoring of robotic die cast cells within a demanding, hot foundry style environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring continuous machine operation, performing essential quality checks, and conducting routine maintenance

Operate and monitor robotic die cast cells to maintain continuous production, meet output targets. Perform routine machine upkeep and preventative maintenance tasks Grind flashing from cast pieces and meticulously inspect parts for quality defects, adhering to strict quality standards. This position operates within a demanding, hot foundry environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in industrial settings with elevated temperatures, noise.

Proven ability to operate and learn robotic machinery and specific die casting processes. Proficiency in performing routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail for precise quality inspection and defect identification. Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift as required.

Die Cast Operator Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Die cast experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to lift, stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
