Job description

A Journeyman Toolmaker/Mold maker is a skilled professional that has gone through the proper schooling and training to obtain a journeyman’s certification tool and die. Who can interpret engineering drawings, sets up and operate various machine tools (including CNC machines), to build and repair precision molds, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges, ensuring high quality and tight tolerances by accurately measuring and inspecting completed work, while adhering to company standards. The ability to manage the timeline and workload of projects through various departments by communicating with managers and department leads and schedule for its success. Works well in a team environment and can direct the team members working for them to be successful.

We are seeking:

Ø A Journeyman tool maker with at least 6-8 years of experience.

Ø A proven track record in the industry.

Ø Experience in precision plastic injection mold.

Ø Experience in die cast dies.

Ø The ability to manage multiple projects builds from start to finish.

Ø Works with supervisors and managers to achieve on time delivery.

Ø Has the ability to run various types of CNC machines.
