Table Games Dice Dealer
Position Purpose: Responsible for all aspects of dealing assigned games and assists the Table Games Supervisor in tracking play and game observation. Greets and recruits’ new casino customers while providing friendly, excellent service to every guest.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL and ABILITY:
  1. Six (6) months multiple games dealing experience required (current specific game requirements, i.e. Dice, Blackjack, Roulette, 3 Card, Ultimate Texas Hold’Em, and Pai Gow, with dice being the main game knowledge.
  2. Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills.
  3. Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift
  4. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
  5. Must present a well-groomed appearance.
  6. Must be able to read, verify and sign appropriate documents relating to the game in a small area.
  7. Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures.
  8. Reads, verifies and signs appropriate documents when necessary.
  9. Must be able to memorize game rules and procedures.
  10. Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned games pieces, determining winners and losers, collecting and paying bets.
  11. Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets.
QUALIFICATIONS STANDARDS:
Minimum Employment Requirements: Acknowledges, greets and converses with guests who approach the pit area. As a greeter, tracks multiple players’ level and duration of play, makes introductions, and solicits customer responses. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Must be able to work inside and continuously maneuver in and around assigned table in the pit department during entire shift, with regular interval breaks. Must be able to respond calmly and handle many customer demands in a fast pace environment. Responds to visual and aural cues. Must possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money. Must be able to accurately balance chip bank at the beginning and end of shift. Must have excellent vision (including peripheral) to protect the games. Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
