Table Games Dealer

Position Summary
As a Team Member of the Table Games team, the Table Games Dealer is a CRCR Ambassador, and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Table Games Dealer is responsible for efficiently operating assigned Casino games, accurately handling chips and cards, managing bets and payouts, and ensuring a lively and enjoyable gaming atmosphere for players. 

Position Functions
Essential Functions
•    Provide exceptional Guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.
•    Engage with players in a friendly and professional manner, aiding, explaining game rules, and maintaining a positive and entertaining atmosphere.
•    Adhere to Table Games policies, procedures, and internal controls, maintaining a steadfast commitment to their guidelines. 
•    Communicate with Supervisors to address any issues and contribute to maintaining a seamless flow of the gaming floor operations.
•    Facilitate the exchange of currency for gaming chips, ensuring all wagers fall within the designated minimum and maximum table limits. 
•    Guarantee proper placement of bets before card dealing, executing efficient and accurate shuffling and dealing techniques. Handles chips with precision and speed, presenting hands in a clear and easily readable manner. 
•    Manage the payment of winning bets and collection of losing bets, safeguarding the security and integrity of the game.
•     Call for service or rulings as necessary.
•    Verify and deposit game-related paperwork in the drop box.  Passes on game-related information to the incoming dealer.
•    Efficiently deal and manage various Casino games such as blackjack, poker variants, or baccarat, following established rules and procedures.
•    Capacity to make prompt and sound decisions, especially under pressure.
•    Sensitivity to diverse cultures and backgrounds when interacting with players.
•    Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, especially during busy periods.
•    Capability to assess situations, foresee potential issues, and devise effective solutions.
•    Other duties as assigned.
