Players Club Representative
Position Summary
As a Team Member of the Players Club team, the Players Club Representative is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Players Club Representative is responsible for acting as a Guest Service ambassador for the Casino while enhancing the Guest's experience and assisting Guests with questions regarding promotions, player programs, and gaming.
Position Functions
Essential Functions
• Meet and greet all Guests and complete all necessary steps when entering new Guests into the player tracking system.
• Build Guest relations throughout every shift by talking with Guests, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and inviting them back.
• Explain the benefits of the Players Club program to new and existing Guests.
• Answer telephones and assist Guests with questions.
• Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and organizational policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same.
• Assist with the implementation of on-site promotions and events.
• Accurately and efficiently performs data entry tasks associated with Players Club policies.
• Communicate details of promotions, mailers, and other offers with all departments.
• Register Guests for promotions, collect tickets for promotions/events, and prepare participation reports as required.
• Make announcements throughout the shift, promoting Casino promotions.
• Take photos of promotion and jackpot winners as necessary.
• Maintain documentation for procedures, processes, and inventory management.
• Handle routine Guest complaints and incidents and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel.
• Report Guest concerns to management in a timely manner.
• Resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive Guest relationships.
• Aide Guests and Team Members as required while ensuring that all policies and procedures are strictly followed.
• Craft compelling narratives and adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
• Assist Guests experiencing difficulties with machines, amenities, and questions/concerns.
• Communicate all CRCR amenities and events to Guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• 1+ years' experience in a Guest Service position.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Willingness to travel or attend events as necessary.
