Job description

We are seeking a Preschool Aide to join our organization!

Responsibilities:

  • Instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
  • Opening shift prep for daily operations
  • Serve and provide breakfast
  • Distribute snack items and classroom materials
  • Light duty housekeeping
  • Transition of students
  • Serve lunch according to USDA Lunch Program guidelines
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
  • Maintain the health and safety of all students
  • Diaper changing and Potty Training routines ( lifting is required) when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in childcare working with Toddlers & parents in a positive environment
  • Ability to move quickly, multitask and physically lift children for comfort & diaper changing
  • Passionate about working with children
  • Positive and patient demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
