Full-Time | Resolve Diamondback | Arizona

Resolve is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our night shift team at our Resolve Diamondback location. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN who enjoys mentoring others, providing clinical leadership, and ensuring exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment.

As the RN Supervisor, you will oversee nursing operations during the overnight shift, support clinical staff, and help maintain the highest standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance.

  • 5 shifts per week
Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff during the night shift.
  • Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and compassionate patient care.
  • Serve as the clinical leader for patient care decisions, problem-solving, and staff support.
  • Coordinate staffing assignments to promote efficient workflow and quality care.
  • Monitor compliance with facility policies, state and federal regulations, and nursing standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes.
  • Assist with admissions, assessments, care planning, documentation, and clinical oversight as needed.
  • Respond to patient, family, and staff concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
  • Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
  • Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and/or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
