Job description

Position: RN Dialysis (Hemodialysis)
Facility: Saint Clare's Hospital - Denville (SCDNNJ)
Address: 25 Pocono Road, Denville, NJ, 07834
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
Rate: $63/hr (W2) | $68/hr (1099)
 
Department: Renal Dialysis 
Float: This role also includes work at campuses in Dover, Passaic, Newark, and Kindred LTAC facilities in Dover and Passaic.

Schedule:
  • Shift: 07:00 – 19:30 (12-hour*3-days shifts)
  • Required to stay and complete a 3rd dialysis shift most days
  • Two Saturdays per month
  • Standby and On-Call Requirements:
    • Minimum once per week on standby from 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Monday through Saturday)
    • One Sunday per month on standby from 7:00 AM Sunday – 7:00 AM Monday
    • One Sunday per month on backup standby during the same time
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Hemodialysis
  • Ability and willingness to float across multiple campuses as needed
  • BLS certification (required), ACLS (preferred)
  • Strong clinical, communication, and time management skills
  • Must be comfortable with high-demand, high-acuity environments
Facility Information:
This position is based at Saint Clare's Hospital in Denville but requires flexibility to work across four hospital campuses and affiliated LTAC facilities.
The Renal Dialysis department provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient dialysis care, with a strong emphasis on quality and continuity of treatment.
