Job Description
The Client Connect Dialer is a vital member of our team, responsible for driving growth by setting up appointments, managing loan leads, and executing outreach campaigns. In this role, you will communicate with prospective and existing clients in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
What you will do:

  • Make high-volume outbound sales calls, qualify leads, and set appointments with potential clients.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails from existing customers, web leads, and referrals, providing accurate information and working diligently to convert them into clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that enhances our reputation and builds long-term customer value.
  • Summarize and report daily work activities and progress to the AVP of Client Connect on a weekly basis.
What we are looking for:
  • 1+ years of dialer and/or telemarketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume data entry, research, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong reporting, analytical, critical thinking, and multitasking skills.
