  • Receiving incoming calls
    • Answering incoming non-emergency calls to gather necessary information about the situation/rides.
    • Assigning the most suitable driver or resources based on the situation and available availability.
    • Able to take all the necessary information accurately to book a ride and to avoid cancelationย 
  • Monitoring drivers status
    • Tracking the location and progress of assigned driver through communication system.
    • Coordinate efficient routes and schedules for assigned driver
  • Communication with clients
    • Providing updates on service status and addressing customer inquires
  • Incident management
    • Responding to unexpected situations, coordinating necessary actions, and escalating issues when required
  • Maintaining records
    • Documenting all dispatch details, including call times, unit assignments, and incident reports
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
