Job description

What You'll be Doing:

  • Oversee and manage the Dial-A-Ride phone line, including planning and monitoring operations.
  • Transport students who require rides to and from school, ensuring their safety and security during transit.
  • Maintain accurate records of all pick-ups and related data.
  • Collect and deliver items from the community closet to families as needed.


What We Offer:

  • Salary: $18.76 per hour


Job Details: 

  • Working days: up to 5 days per week
  • Hours per day: up to 2 hours
  • Temporary position for the 2026.2027 school year.


What You'll Need:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Job related experience is desired.
  • Minimum qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Maintain a clean driving record and pass a background check. Hold a valid Washington State Driver's License. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of managing student behavior and responding effectively to emergencies.

Work Environment 
The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, some climbing and balancing, some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and some fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 34% sitting, 33% walking, and 33% standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and in a generally hazard free environment.
