Full Time

Performs diagnostic radiography under supervision; assists across radiology modalities; ensures radiation safety and image quality.

• Enrolled in approved Radiologic Technology program; passed clinical competencies; BLS/CPR.

• Familiarity with RIS/PACS and departmental procedures.

• Perform ordered exams; verify orders/patient ID.

• Assist radiologists/techs; evaluate image quality.

• Maintain clean/stocked areas; transport patients.

• Adhere to radiation/infection safety; participate in QI.

• Walk and work on varied terrain and in confined spaces.

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull 75–100 lbs with or without assistance (patients/equipment).

• Repeated transfers of patients to stretchers/wheelchairs and loading/unloading equipment.

• Maintain stamina for prolonged standing, kneeling, and awkward postures in emergency situations.

• Rapid fine‐motor control for operation of emergency/diagnostic devices; adequate vision and hearing.
