Physician – 100% Remote/ Tele Radiology Diagnostic Radiologist – Primarily Plain Film X-ray and U/S

Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a General Radiologist.

 Salary $550k – Sign-On Bonus $100k – Robust Fringe Benefits Package

Bassett Healthcare Network is an integrated health care system that provides care and services to people living in an eight-county region covering 5,600 square miles in Central New York. The organization includes five corporately affiliated hospitals, as well as skilled nursing facilities, community and school-based health centers, and health partners in related fields. More than 500 full-time salaried physicians and advanced practice clinicians who focus on patient centered care.

 Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Join an established group of onsite Radiologists
  • 100% Remote
  • Full time opportunity
  • Salary: $550,000. This compensation represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
  • Sign-on bonus $100,000.
  • Work requirement: Approximately (250-275/ day) -Plain Film X-ray studies
  • Work requirement:  Approximately  (20-30) U/S studies
  • Cross Sectional Imaging available if desired
  • Work Hours - Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm EST
  • No weekend, evening or overnight calls
  • Ample internal moonlighting opportunity available
  • Home workstation and remote IT support provided
  • Hospital employed practice


 Job Qualifications

  • MD, DO or MBBS
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified
  • NYS Licensure
  • General Radiologists with subspecialty fellowships and interests
  • Proficiency in General Radiology including Diagnostic, CT, US, MRI and Nuclear Medicine/PET
