Inizio Engage has an exciting partnership with Modular Medical to support the launch of the Pivot Insulin Pump.
We are seeking a performance-driven Diabetes Sales Representative with strong strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a record of field sales success. This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Modular Medical to support the launch of its first product, the Pivot Insulin Pump. What will you be doing?
  • Drive demand for the Pivot Insulin Pump through clinical selling and education with Endocrinologists and Diabetes Clinics.

  • Conducted product and technical training for patients and healthcare providers on Pivot insulin pump therapy, ensuring safe, effective use and improving patient confidence and adherence.

  • Establish, maintain, and grow strong relationships with HCPs (Physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs, MAs, etc.)

  • Communicate key sales messaging, patient benefits, and product information

  • Develop and execute efficient routing plans and territory strategies

  • Use technical expertise to demonstrate the value of the Pivot Insulin Pump across multiple channels (in-person and virtual)

  • Achieve or exceed defined sales and activity targets

  • Complete daily administrative responsibilities and required reporting

  • Maintain full compliance with all Inizio and Modular Medical policies, ethics, and training requirements

  • Work collaboratively with geographic partners and cross-functional teams

  • Travel up to 20% of the time (territory-dependent)

  • Overnight travel required

  • Must have a dependable automobile with insurance coverage in compliance with company guidelines

What do you need for this position?
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • 2+ years of field sales experience (Pharma or B2B)

  • Prior pharmaceutical sales experience required

  • Experience with diabetes injectables, devices, or CGM strongly preferred

  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to educate, demonstrate, and influence across multiple channels

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-driven, motivated, with a hunter/entrepreneurial mindset

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

The base pay range for this position is $70K - $130K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
