We support DHS, DoD, HHS, Treasury, and other agencies with program management, engineering, facilities, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and acquisition support.

Position Summary

Provide senior oversight for facility engineering, capital improvement, renovation, and construction programs. This position supports a Federal facilities engineering program and requires close coordination with Government stakeholders, contractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning, execution, and delivery of facility engineering and construction projects.
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders and contractors.
  • Monitor schedule, budget, quality, and project performance.
  • Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal standards and safety requirements.
  • Support project meetings and resolve project issues.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 20+ years managing Federal/commercial construction projects including projects exceeding $50M.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting Federal construction, engineering, or facilities programs preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting DHS, DoD, GSA, USACE, NAVFAC, or VA.
  • Federal construction and facilities experience.
