As a Senior Consultant - Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, you will support client engagements by combining structured problem-solving, analysis, and implementation support to help clients move from strategy to execution. Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant - Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting client engagements focused on strategy development, operating model design, business transformation, or growth initiatives
  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify issues, evaluate options, and develop recommendations for client stakeholders
  • Creating client-ready deliverables, including presentations, meeting materials, implementation plans, and status updates
  • Coordinating workstreams, tracking action items, and supporting execution across cross-functional teams and project stakeholders
  • Contributing to internal practice development through research, proposal support, knowledge capture, and reusable assets

  • Experience gathering, organizing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative business information
  • Experience supporting project plans, milestones, status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder coordination
  • Ability to travel 80%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • 1+ years of experience supporting growth strategy, enterprise transformation, or organizational change initiatives
  • Experience with workshop planning, stakeholder interviews, or requirements gathering
  • Experience with financial analysis, business case development, or performance metrics
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in cross-functional environments
  • Experience supporting proposal development or internal practice initiatives
  • Master of Business Administration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,400 to $207,800.
