DevSecOps Engineer II plays a critical role in implementing application solutions in Azure cloud. You will act as a subject matter expert in Cloud and DevSecOps technologies to automate cloud deployments and enable CI/CD practices.
Responsibilities
  • Implement application solution blueprint in cloud with CI/CD
  • Translate architecture document to deployment artifacts
  • Create and Implement Kubernetes Helm Charts and Integrate Container deployment manifest files to deploy in Azure cloud environment.
  • Build Terraform modules, and IaC pipelines to implement services in Azure cloud.
  • Configure Application and Services by using automation tools such as Ansible.
  • Create GitHub pipelines to deploy cloud native applications
  • Document implementation and provide knowledge transition to other team members.
  • Responsible for GitHub CI/CD, SAST as per GitHub branching strategies.
  • Implement Application Architecture and assist in building containerized deployment.
  • Implement DevSecOps engineering practices and ensure standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Architecture, Security, Project team etc)
  • Participate in cloud design and build discussions as they relate to application.
  • Work closely with Developers, DevSecOps and Cloud engineers for application implementation.

Qualifications
Required Work Experience:
  • 5 years of professional experience in DevSecOps using cloud services.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Azure cloud deployments.

Preferred Work Experience:
  • DevSecOps development and deployment using GitHub actions workflows

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in any professional area with a minimum of 7 years' experience in IT.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science (Preferred)

Preferred Certifications:
  • Azure DevOps or Developer Certification
  • Azure Cloud Certification

Knowledge:
  • Python, PowerShell, Azure CLI, AKS, ACR, GitHub Action workflows, Terraform and Ansible. Python, Java.

Skills:
  • Azure Cloud Development and implementation
