The Lead DevOps Engineer will partner with IT delivery teams to ensure code, services, and products move seamlessly from development through production.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and collaboration across development, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams.
You will play a key role in modernizing DevOps capabilities, driving automation, and enhancing the software delivery lifecycle.

Lead migration from Azure DevOps to GitHub
Design end-to-end CI/CD pipelines
Develop reusable templates and infrastructure-as-code standards

Core Experience
7+ years of software engineering and DevOps experience
7+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.)
Hands-on cloud experience (Azure and AWS)
Technical Expertise
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Chef)
Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS)
Programming (Python, C++ required; C# preferred)
DevSecOps tools (Checkmarx, SonarQube, etc.)
Application monitoring (Datadog or similar)
Databases: SQL, NoSQL, and graph DB technologies
Additional Skills
CI/CD pipeline design for scalability and security
Experience with GitHub and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot)
Strong scripting skills (Python, Groovy, etc.)
