Operations Technician I
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE

Available Shifts
Day Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

We are seeking motivated Operations Technicians to support the production of precision optical components used in advanced technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and contributing to a team dedicated to quality and innovation.

What You'll Do
As an Operations Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting manufacturing operations across multiple departments. Responsibilities may include:
Supporting production processes including Assembly, Coating, Fabrication, Inspection, and Metrology
Following established work instructions and manufacturing procedures to ensure product quality
Handling and processing delicate optical components with care and precision
Performing visual inspections and equipment checks to identify defects or process issues
Recording production data and reporting discrepancies to supervisors or engineers
Assisting with tooling setup, equipment cleaning, and preventative maintenance activities
Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas
Utilizing Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems for documentation and data entry
Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and support continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required
