Clear ability to innovate within both home-grown and 3rd party platforms and environments .. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills .. Ability to deliver incremental value iteratively and continuously

Responsibilities for emergency release activities .. Experience as DevOps or Agile, Build and Release Engineer .. XLR experience and comprehensive understanding of XLR workflows with ability to review, execute and troubleshoot a deployment failure in XLR workflows strongly preferred .. Demonstrated experience and understanding of Dev, SIT, UAT, Staging and Production environments. .. Application Build, Deployment and XLR generation using Jenkins. .. Demonstrated experience in change management, understanding incidents, change record components, lead time, change windows, approval, reject, and backout scenarios. .. Demonstrated understanding on centralized configuration management for services (variable, environment, secrets, database endpoints and point to point communications) .. Executed task level management of deliverables
