Project Manager – Cash Operations

East Rutherford, NJ (Hybrid)

1+ Year Contract

$120.00/hour W2

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a multi-year Cash Operations transformation supporting the Cash Service Center (CSC). This role will oversee large-scale cash operations initiatives, facility transitions, automation implementation, technology deployments, and business continuity while ensuring critical cash operations remain uninterrupted.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale Cash Operations projects from planning through execution.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Cash Operations, IT, Corporate Real Estate, and business leadership.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, governance, and executive reporting.
  • Track project progress using KPIs and ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Coordinate vendors, construction partners, automation providers, and other third-party resources.
  • Support change management and ensure a smooth operational transition.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience leading Cash Operations projects is strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of Project Management experience leading large, complex enterprise projects.
  • Experience with cash operations, facility transitions, infrastructure, or operational transformation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, risks, budgets, and governance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated environments preferred.
  • Lean or Six Sigma experience is a plus.
