HIRING OVER THE ROAD SOLO DRIVERS!!!

CURRENTLY OFFERING A $2,500.00 SIGN ON BONUS TO QUALIFIED DRIVERS! Can be earned in about 90 days!

Turner Trucking Company in Boiling Springs, NC, is a small family-owned business. We know all our drivers by name, not by a number. We provide our customers with express freight service to primarily California, Washington, and Oregon. We then bring fresh produce back to the Carolinas.

We are looking for SAFE, experienced drivers to run solo to the West Coast.

New drivers are averaging $1550 per week (including bonuses). $1500 - $1800 per trip!Per trip pay based on your farthest destination out. Scheduled seniority increases. First pay increase after 3 months on the job. Second increase 3 months later.

We have a few openings for Over The Road Solo drivers with the below guidelines:

  • Minimum 3 years OTR experience
  • At least 6 months of reefer trailer experience.
  • Minimum Age: 25 years old
  • No more than 4 moving violations within the last three years and no more than 2 in the last 12 months.
  • No serious violations in the past 3 years (such as Reckless or Careless driving; Use of a hand held device while driving; etc.)
  • No drug or alcohol violations within the last 5 years.
  • No more than 2 minor preventable accidents within the last 3 years.
  • No serious at fault preventable accidents within the last 3 years ( ex: rear end collisions; rollover; jack knife; head on collision; etc.)
  • Must not have had more than 3 jobs within the last 12 months.
