Shaw Industries is seeking an Industrial Engineer to lead process improvement initiatives across our Samples Division. In this role, you'll use data, analytics, and continuous improvement principles to reduce waste, improve efficiency, optimize workflows, and support key business decisions. You'll collaborate with leadership, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver measurable results.
