We seek a dynamic Lead DevOps Consultant with a proven track record of modernizing software development through advanced CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate will be skilled in designing and managing scalable cloud infrastructure, optimizing deployment efficiency, and improving system reliability. The role involves leading cross-functional teams and guiding them to achieve high productivity through innovative solutions and streamlined processes.

Requirements
Proficient with cloud providers such as Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS.
Experienced in container orchestration using Kubernetes (GKE, AKS, EKS).
Experience in building Docker containers and using continuous integration tools with Docker
Strong background in CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitLab.
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
Knowledge of secret management tools like Hashicorp Vault and Azure KeyVault
Scripting skills in any one the following languages: bash, PowerShell or Python
Familiarity with package managers such as Helm and Kustomize.
Proficient in monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and tracing tools like OpenTelemetry and Jaeger.
Strong knowledge of logging systems like EFK, ELK, and Datadog.
Understanding of Artifactory tools like JFrog and Nexus.

Collaborate with developers in the deployment and scaling of new product features to facilitate rapid iteration and increased velocity
Troubleshoot system and application issues and provide feedback.
Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines ensuring streamlined software delivery.
Manage and optimize scalable Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and robust security.
Drive DevSecOps practices by integrating security measures into the development lifecycle and automating compliance checks.
Mentor and guide a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Resolve infrastructure and deployment issues to enhance system performance and reliability.
Implement and secure containerized applications on Kubernetes using Docker, and employ GitOps principles with ArgoCD for automated, consistent deployments.
Manage source code with Git and utilize Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Safeguard sensitive data with Hashicorp Vault and utilize Helm and Kustomize for streamlined application deployment and configuration.
Set up monitoring and observability with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry, and ensure Kubernetes security with Kyverno policies and RBAC.
Integrate continuous security scanning and vulnerability assessments using DevSecOps tools.
