DevOps Architects are IT professionals responsible for designing and implementing the overall DevOps strategy within an organization. They bridge the gap between development and operations teams by defining processes, tools, and automation that enhance software delivery and infrastructure management. Their work ensures faster, more reliable deployments, improved collaboration, and greater scalability. DevOps Architects also evaluate new technologies, enforce best practices, and ensure that security and compliance are integrated into the development lifecycle.

What does a DevOps architect do?

As a DevOps architect, you work in infrastructure planning and software development. Your job is to configure, implement, and test computer systems. You may use DevOps practices to develop applications within your company’s infrastructure, implement those applications in a streamlined process, or ensure their usefulness.
