Vous êtes passionné par la mécanique et aimez résoudre des défis techniques ? Joignez-vous à notre équipe pour assembler, diagnostiquer et réparer des équipements acéricoles de pointe !!

Le mécanicien monteur doit assembler, entretenir, réparer, dépanner et modifier des systèmes mécaniques et hydrauliques à l’aide d’outils manuels et mécaniques. Il doit vérifier, tester, diagnostiquer et réparer les équipements défectueux ramenés par les clients.

TÂCHES

  • Assembler des appareils d’acéricultures tels que des concentrateurs, relâcheurs et diverses pompes ainsi que des équipements simples tels que : presse à sirop, panneau de valves, système de transfert de baril, etc. ;
  • Vérifier les équipements pour en déceler les défauts, vérifier les raccords mécaniques ou électriques défectueux et s’assurer de la qualité du matériel ;
  • Remplacer des éléments de machines et de l'appareillage défectueux ;
  • Lire et interpréter les plans, les manuels d'instructions, les devis et les diagrammes ;
  • S’assurer d’avoir les pièces nécessaires lors du montage des appareils ;
  • Réaliser des opérations d'usinage manuel telles que le perçage et le taraudage ;
  • Assembler des pièces préfabriquées à l’aide d’outils manuels ou mécaniques ;
  • Effectuer le branchement électrique de diverses composantes électrique (une formation sur place sera offerte) ;
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes.


EXIGENCES

  • DEP en mécanique industrielle (un atout) ;
  • 3-5 années d’expérience (un atout) ;
  • Habileté à découper les matériaux et effectuer des soudures simples (un atout) ;
  • Connaissances des systèmes mécaniques, pneumatiques, hydrauliques et électriques (un atout).
