This Business Development Manager position is an exciting hunter role in which you'll sell our staffing and recruiting services to businesses across various industries. You'll focus on developing new business, building lasting client partnerships, and collaborating with our recruiters to deliver customized solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business through cold calls, email outreach, and networking events
  • Grow relationships with current accounts to become a go-to resource for hiring needs
  • Meet with clients in-person and virtually to discuss hiring needs and present LaSalle's services
  • Partner closely with recruiters to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Overcome objections, negotiate contracts, and secure deals
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure a cohesive sales approach

Requirements:
  • Proven success in a B2B sales role; must have a track record of consistently exceeding KPIs and performance targets
  • Competitive, motivated and driven to exceed goals
  • Skilled at building relationships and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Coachable; eager to learn, apply feedback, and grow your career in a high-performance environment
  • Comfortable with a hybrid schedule (Mon-Thurs onsite, Fri remote)

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary: $70,000 - $80,000. This role includes an uncapped commission plan; first-year on-target earnings typically range from $90,000 - $120,000.
