Position Summary The Business Development Manager (Sales Engineer) will be responsible for developing new business and establishing a strong presence throughout the Phoenix market. This is a hands-on, field-based sales position that combines business development, relationship management, job-site evaluation, estimating, and proposal development. The ideal candidate is a strong salesperson who understands how to sell technical, equipment-based, mechanical, construction-related, or other blue-collar services. HVAC experience is not required. Candidates with backgrounds in equipment rental, sprinkler or fire protection systems, mechanical services, construction services, industrial equipment, or similar technical sales environments are encouraged to apply. This individual will develop new customer relationships, conduct job walks, determine project requirements, prepare estimates and proposals, and remain involved throughout the sales and project lifecycle. The role requires someone who is comfortable being both a hunter for new business and a trusted resource to customers.
