We are looking for a driven, detail-focused licensed agent to oversee property listings, assist with leasing activities, and cultivate lasting client connections. Strong communication abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a self-starting mindset are crucial. Advance your career by joining a successful and growing real estate firm. Possession of a valid Texas Real Estate License is mandatory.
Responsibilities
  • Transform team-generated leads into confirmed listing consultations.
  • Utilize our established methods to obtain appointments from expired listings and FSBOs.
  • Advise sellers on the benefits our team offers to enhance their home's market value.
  • Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch training program.
  • Engage actively in team meetings and follow established team guidelines.
  • Participate consistently in weekly individual coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
  • Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, home staging, and other critical listing services.
  • Negotiate offers on sellers' behalf to secure the best possible results.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client communications and activities through PLACE Technology.
