Maintain open communication with family and healthcare providers. Flexibility required to adapt to individual's changing needs. High level of patience, empathy, and understanding essential. Must be reliable and demonstrate professionalism. Valid driver's license preferred. CPR and First Aid certification a plus. Previous experience with developmental disorders preferred. Thank you.
