As a Sales development representative, you'll be at the forefront of connecting with potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and introducing them to the licensed sales team for quotes.

You will have the opportunity to move into a licensed sales producer role after hitting call transfer goals for 3 months straight.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers through various channels, including phone, text, and email.

Transfer interested customers to the sales team for quotes in real time.


If the client does not have time at that moment, schedule appointments for call back and then transfer to sales team.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve agency goals.
