The Project Coordinator/Business Analyst role will drive excellence in Entrances project management capability by supporting our Project Managers and Consulting staff. This will include:

  • Managing all assigned project tasks in the most efficient manner possible through effective written and verbal communication
  • Ensuring that project teams are clear to the scope, complexity and expectations of clients for all projects and that the clients are kept fully informed as to the progress.
  • Supporting the extended project team ensuring actions are clearly delegated and that resource/quality issues are escalated in a timely fashion to the Project Manager, Technical Leads and company Director of Consulting.

  1. Maintenance of all project documentation.
  2. Assistance with the production of project schedules using tools such as Azure Dev Ops (ADO)/Excel and updating and maintaining where required.
  3. Effective verbal/written communications with internal team members and Clients, where appropriate under the guidance of a Project Manager.
  4. Attendance of regular project meetings, documenting these and distributing minutes/actions to the team.
  5. Attending conference calls with clients and team members.
  6. Accurate filing and archiving of all project related materials.
  7. Delivery of small projects following both Agile/Scrum and Entrance best practices.
  8. Compilation of small estimates and proposals for approval.
  9. Contributing to the writing of project specific documentation and statements of work/change requests under supervision of a project manager.

competencies

  1. Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  2. Good Microsoft Office skills, specifically thorough knowledge of Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
  3. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint & Teams is a plus
  4. Experience with project tracking tools is a plus
  5. Engaged and with a desire to learn and progress
  6. Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelors degree preferably in Business or Communications
