Job description

Title: DevOps Engineer

Team: Cloud Team    Part-time or Full-time: Full-time 

Locations: Plano - Onsite 

Salary Range: Based on experience

As a DevOps Engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain automation to support and scale operations for our cloud platform and services.

Essential Functions:

  • Developing and maintaining tools for automated build and deployment of software and cloud-based infrastructure

  • Managing third-party applications, platforms, and services

  • Ensuring availability of infrastructure, applications, and data

  • Build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline.

  • Controlling and monitoring access to resources

  • Configuring and imaging operating systems

  • Providing Tier 2 technical support

Education and Experience:

  • Experience using container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Helm

  • Experience managing Azure DevOps and Azure cloud services

  • 3+ years deploying, monitoring, and maintaining cloud resources

  • 5+ years configuring and administering Linux operating systems

  • Proficient in database administration, backup, and recovery

  • Experience with Docker container hosting and orchestration
