Title:

Mechanical Engineering Intern

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Mechanical Engineering Intern to support daily operations including project work and development activities. This internship offers hands-on experience at the intersection of mechanical engineering and product development providing exposure to real-world engineering challenges and solutions.

Position Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of equipment drawings and supplier documentation review
  • Support departmental innovation initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and other department initiatives
  • Document technical work, findings, and recommendations in a clear and organized manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Minimum Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience with, or coursework in, programming and software development
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of engineering software tools is preferred

Special Requirements

  • This is a hybrid position
  • Requires on-site presence a minimum of three (3) days per week
  • Additional in-office days may be required based on project needs or team coordination
