The Role

As the Marketing Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting the HOKA North America Integrated Marketing team. You'll manage processes and projects that keep the brand marketing operations team running smoothly, ensuring the day-to-day needs of the North America marketing team are met. Under the guidance of the Marketing Operations Manager, you'll help drive organization, efficiency, and collaboration across the team.

Your Impact

  • Project management and coordination (75%)
    • Maintain project timelines, templates, and recaps in an organized fashion
    • Manage reporting dashboards and organize documents for reporting requests (monthly, quarterly, seasonally, yearly)
    • Source and organize North America-specific seasonal information, requests, and details for inclusion in NA communications
  • Marketing Operations Team administrative support (25%)
    • Organize SharePoint, Asana, deck templates, and other administrative tasks
    • Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and follow-up
    • Support other needs across the Integrated Marketing Team as necessary

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 0-2 years related marketing experience; footwear/fitness industry experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Asana a plus
  • Effective communicator, able to prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, clients, and colleagues
  • Experience working in complex organizations, satisfying diverse needs, and managing competing priorities
  • Highly motivated, team player, and self-starter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to assist with event and promotion execution
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
