Job description

Job Purpose:
  • Serves as the Operations Associate for Manufacturing Operations and provides direct support to the Executive Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, Vice President of Manufacturing BFS and their direct reports.
  • Oversees day-to-day functions with the development and implementation of efficient coordination of office management, ensuring an effective office environment.
  • Develop and implement project plans, processes, and systems to ensure timely project completion. Successfully manage project timelines, resources and deliverables and present regularly to upper management.
  • Responsible for assisting with tracking and trending data related to operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing project management and administrative support to the BFS Area
  • Acts as Author for Document Change projects and Equipment/Process Change projects.
  • Collaborates with department SMEs and management to determine change requirements.
  • Executes changes and manages change progression to ensure timely completion of changes.
  • Provides notifications for documents up for biennial review.
  • Create spreadsheets or graphs as needed.
  • Manages DOT initiatives related to procedures to include new equipment, process changes, and other associated projects.
  • Adhere to all Company policies, safeguard the company's interests and act in an ethical and legal manner
  • Administrative support executive-level manager/staff.
  • Providing BFS personnel with access to BFS (HMI)

Supplemental Functions:
Provide guidance and Training when appropriate to ensure documentation requirements are met.
Perform administrative duties to include OEE, Intervention, Changeover, Downtime and Production monitoring of production line and individuals.
Required to monitor data all production lines.
Performs all other duties as assigned or apparent.
