Job description

Office Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Coordinator at Applied Control in Englewood, CO. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, excellent communication along with daily kitchen and conference room stock/cleanliness. They will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient front office operation, ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

Office Coordinator Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Stocking the kitchen area
  • Order catering for meetings and trainings
  • Maintaining a clean environment
  • Inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Kitchen and conference room cleanliness

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software

Office Coordinator Compensation:

Base Wage Range: $20-$23/hr Prior work or industry experience as well as job-related education and unique skills will be taken into consideration when setting the wage rate.

Other Variable Compensation: Eligible for an annual profit share award based on company performance.
